By accessing and using YeboFreelancer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use my services.
Services
I provide freelance .NET development services including but not limited to: system migration, performance optimization, custom development, automation, integrations, and digital solutions. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Scope & Quotes
Each project begins with a detailed quote outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Changes to the agreed scope may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typical arrangements include: milestone-based payments, hourly billing, or upfront payment for smaller projects. Late payments may incur additional fees and suspension of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the code and deliverables created specifically for your project. I retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and tools developed during the project for future work. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
I respect your confidential information and will not disclose project details, business information, or proprietary data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Warranties & Limitations
I warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, I cannot guarantee specific business results. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's explicitly stated in project agreements.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
